## Ingredients
* 250 g butter
* 200 ml sunflower oil
* 150 ml grape vinegar
* 3 eggs
* 1 packet baking powder
* ½ cup all-purpose flour
* 1 tablespoon cornstarch
* Salt
* 8 sheets phyllo dough
* Plenty of grated Kashar cheese
* Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
## Instructions
1. Melt the butter over medium-low heat without browning it.
2. Whisk together the eggs, sunflower oil, and grape vinegar.
3. Slowly add the melted butter while whisking continuously.
4. Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt until the sauce is smooth.
5. Brush each layer of phyllo dough generously with the prepared sauce.
6. Stack four layers, then cut into pizza-shaped triangles.
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and grated Kashar cheese over each piece.
8. Roll each triangle into a croissant shape.
9. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking tray, leaving space between each pastry.
10. Brush the tops with egg wash mixed with any remaining sauce.
11. Bake in a preheated oven for about 24 minutes, rotating the tray after 15 minutes for even browning.
12. Let them cool uncovered for a few minutes before serving to keep them extra crispy.
