Ingredients
For the Chicken:
3 whole chickens (over 2 kg each)
500 ml sunflower oil (for sautéing)
1 tablespoon salt
For the Béchamel Sauce:
2 cups white wheat flour
2 liters cold milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Garlic powder (to taste)
Optional: thyme
For the Top:
500–750 grams kashar cheese (or mozzarella)

Bake until the top is beautifully golden and slightly crispy. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing for clean, perfect portions.
