An extended draw length for a longer projectile acceleration phase is ultimately the best way to optimize the power output of rubber flat bands or tubes on slingshots. Starship slingshots come in various shapes and sizes, and my main objective was to ensure maximum holding stability of the device by means of a secure grip and a heat-shaped PVC rear arm rest to enable a jawbone anchor point for aiming and shooting accurately. Safety is ensured by the Baltic birch plywood, which should be no less than 18 mm in thickness, ideally more for the fork section if you wish to use very strong flat bands for larger steel or lead ammo.
