Ingredients
Dough
500g bread flour
7g instant yeast
6g salt
20g sugar
50g egg
270g milk
30g unsalted butter
Filling
800g diced ham
250g grated mozzarella
Coating
3 tablespoons white sesame seeds
2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
