A Seattle-area nonprofit is working to support those students as colleges prepare for the expected impact.
Officials at the University of Washington are reviewing changes to student visa rules after the Trump administration ended a policy dating to the late 1970s that allowed international students to remain in the United States until they completed their degree programs.
