Ingredients List
METHI CHICKEN
1 kg chicken thighs. Boneless or bone in. Or Breast*
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 star anise
500g blended onion
2 tbsp ginger / garlic
2 tbsp mix powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
8 tbsp methi
3 tbsp tomato purée
Fresh coriander and stalks
3 tbsp natural yogurt
2 green chillies
1 Tbsp Butter Ghee
1 Lamb Stock (optional not in this video)
*if you use breast meat, add at stage 3
