1 KG Chicken Breast Diced (even better with pre cooked tikka)
3 Tbsp Bassar mix powder or Mix powder or mild Madras curry powder.
1 Tbsp Methi
600g Onions Boiled and blended. 15 mins
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Hot Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Tandoori Masala Powder
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree watered down
1/2 Tin Blended Tomatoes
Dash Worcester Sauce
1 Tbsp Mr Vikkis or Mr Naga Chilli Sauce
2 Fresh Tomatoes
Fresh Chopped Coriander
3 Tbsp Thai Sweet Chilli (Encona)
1 Tsp Salt (To Taste)
Cinnamon
8 cloves garlic
6 cloves
2 black cardamoms
2 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Star anise
3 Tsp Course Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Apple Vinegar
1 Green Chilli
1 Tbsp Ghee
