The 16-Year Grow Room Story:
🌱 2010 — Started building this room with my father and my friend Jason Wilcox (rest in peace, brother 🙏)
🌱 2010 — Mapped out the floor, structured the stages, planned every corner
🌱 2010 to 2026 — 16 years of growth, 16 years of refinement
🌱 Simple pump setup. Simple design. Pure dedication.
🌱 Started as fish + kush lovers wanting the real thing
🌱 Wrote the plan. Scheduled it. Took massive action to get there.
🌱 Now — the room is ready for the 2026 to 2027 transition

The Separation Saturday Framework — Outdoor to Indoor:
🌱 1. HARVEST all outdoor tops first
🌱 2. HANG DRY in the dry room (10 to 14 days)
🌱 3. SEPARATE outdoor finished plants from indoor active plants
🌱 4. PREP the indoor room for new transplants
🌱 5. BRING outdoor flagship candidate indoor to finish (MediMac this year)
🌱 6. START the sifting + hash phase from the outdoor harvest
🌱 7. PLAN the 2027 Pheno Hunt lineup

The Pizza Box Trichome Metaphor — From Mark Richards:
"We have the pizza box, and inside is the pizza. What toppings do you want on your pizza? Those trichomes, all those great little diamonds that we get — those are the pizza toppings. What pizza toppings are you extracting, and how are we going to get them?"
That is the sifting + hash philosophy. The plant is the carrier. The medicine is the trichomes. Separation Saturday is where we start learning HOW to separate the plant medicine from the carrier.
