Mission Monday. October 26th, 2026. Week 2 of hang dry. The outdoor season is DONE. Now the REAL work begins — the curing.
HOW do you control humidity when drying cannabis? What temperature should your dry room be? Do you use a dehumidifier? When do you turn on the AC? What is the ideal relative humidity?
Here is the Berfelo signature teaching — a decade in the making:

The Berfelo Decade-Old Dehumidifier Technique:
🌱 1. First 24 HOURS — Turn ON dehumidifiers (yes, dehumidifiers)
🌱 2. First 24 HOURS — Turn ON the AC (flipped to DEHUMID mode)
🌱 3. CURE OFF the room — knock out initial excess moisture
🌱 4. AFTER 24 HOURS — manage humidity between 60 and 68 percent
🌱 5. TARGET RELATIVE HUMIDITY — 60 to 68 percent (do NOT drop below 60)
🌱 6. TARGET TEMPERATURE — 55 to 61 degrees Fahrenheit
🌱 7. aW (active water) target — stays at 50 or above
🌱 8. DO NOT use fans to suck moisture — DRIES TOO FAST
🌱 9. SLOW is the goal — cool and slightly humid
🌱 10. CHECK every day — "I show up in my curing every day"
