If there is one issue that is defining the Washington State election cycle, it is the Millionaires Tax.
I-645 seeks to repeal the 9.9% income tax on people making over a million dollars a year.
The campaign has garnered millions of dollars in donations too, with the NO campaign alone gathering more than $13 million, with large chunks from organized labor.
There are millions more that have donated to the 10 candidates for the State Supreme Court, where the tax could ultimately be decided.
