The MediMac is officially indoors. In this video I show the full setup — the plant is in her new spot under 24 hours of light from a Mars Hydro, dimmed low to start the hormonal shift from flower back to vegetative growth. This is the first reveg I've run on purpose in over 20 years, though I've had plants revert accidentally plenty of times when a stray light got left on in the grow room. Even a small indicator light on a dehumidifier can flip a plant back to veg — this video shows how to use that same principle intentionally.
I also show the new indoor-outdoor transition space I just finished building — a sliding plywood door separating a soft-landing area between the backyard and the main grow room. It's where the MediMac is revegging now, where my late friend Mike's peppers are growing year-round in his memory, and where the 2027 breeding project begins.
Reveg takes about 6 to 8 weeks. Once she's fully vegetative, I'll take cuttings to create a dedicated mother plant and start building out a new MediMac seed line for 2027. I'm announcing it on camera so there's accountability — this is a public breeding commitment.
