HERITAGE 1993 💛
A homage to the amazing flavors and ingredients I grew up with.
A huge thank you to the dream team crew at @southstorecafe for always bringing my vision and creativity to life. 🙌 Thank you @vigneronjun for joining us for the evening and showcasing your fantastic beautifully crafted wines. 🍷
Thank you to all the talented local Hmong farmers who provided me with an abundance of ingredients I had the honor of using that night.
Thank you to my brother for always helping me design my menus and create all the fun graphics (like the tin fish label) 😎 Thank you to my sisters for always having my back. Thank you to my parents for EVERYTHING.
Thank you to all my loving family members who have supported me in so many ways… whether if that was through providing me with ingredients, ideas, love, wisdom, and your presence. 💖
And finally, thank you to everyone who attended, especially those who came from afar. Y’all showed me so much love that night and I truly appreciate it. 💖
What another memorable evening it was. 🥹
Until next time 💚
