We knew this day (night) was approaching. And now, sadly, it's here... The very last of the amazing Nature's choice Cedar Planks (maybe) anywhere. I wanted to send the great memories of these awesome planks with the ultimate Bison burger, but lo n behold, Couldn't find any ground Bison in a number of stores (hope it returns soon)! The quick "next best thing did present itself in the form of good ol' Wagyu beef (which, after not indulging for what seems like eons), was just as good combined with a few simple ingredients. Long story short, These were awesome, very simple burgers that really hit the mark! Larry, ya done good, and we thank you for those amazing cedar planks. We'll never forget them! We'll all meet again someday on that Plank Road in the sky! Addendum; I just noticed that I forgot to mention the 2nd ingredient that was part of the flavor profile... it was a splash of "what's-this-here-sauce"!
