Description
After a very brutal winter, I noticed that I had a partial opening on the top vent of a Grill Dome Kamado. Over a few weeks of very wet weather, followed by a few warm days, a whole lot of mold formed within the grill dome. There's a very effective way to clean this type of grill without the use of strong chemicals or a lot of "elbow grease". The trick is... High heat! This is how I get the grills ready each and every Spring, regardless of the shape they're in after every winter. It'll only take about 2 hours (max) to get 'em ready for the BBQ season!
