After 4 months, we're back! Sometimes "you tube burn-out" is uncontrollable, but time passes (as it always does) and the urge to get back to work (on your YT channel) becomes a priority. Thus, the return of SG2.0!
A couple of weeks ago, we made these Bison "Tacorritas" (Bison Tacos and/or Bison Burritos. They were fantastic (even from the stovetop) and I knew that we HAD to replicate everything out on the BBQ grill. So we did! The result was amazing... Just as amazing as the first time we did this, only even better. Give 'em a try! The sky's the limit on what you dress them up with, but please do use Bison for that one-of-a-kind unique flavor!
