Singapore aims to have 1,800 more infant educators by 2030. So Talking Point host Diana Ser spent two days helping out as a teacher's assistant, under the supervision of a qualified infant educator.
From feeding babies to helping them settle for naps, Diana experienced both the physical demands and rewarding moments of the job.
“I'm actually tired. I actually don't know why I'm tired because as an assistant, I didn't really do very much,” she says.
