The world's biggest cryptocurrency exchange says it has covered 95% of the stolen assets, using company funds to replace approximately $6 billion worth of cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals are set to resume on Sunday, initially covering 15 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and Dogecoin.
The FBI has attributed the attack to North Korea's state-sponsored TraderTraitor hacking group, although US President Donald Trump said Washington was still uncertain about North Korea's involvement.
The theft reportedly unfolded in just 20 minutes, with investigators warning that stolen assets could be moved through further money-laundering operations.
Binance says it will bear the financial cost of the breach, with the remaining 5% of stolen assets taking longer to replace.
