Abi the Cheetah had her 2nd litter of cubs. The cubs are 4.5 months old in these clips. Wanted to give an RUNNING and exploring the nature reserve next door. Shango, Jengo and Storm share the reserve with mom Abi and their caretakers to include Auntie Kiara who went along just in case a hunting lesson presented itself. Abi has a major bone removed from her back hip and NOT allowed to hunt.
At the END of the video, Kayzer (who is the older brother of the cubs by two years) takes down and kills an impala and shares it with his mom Abi and the three cubs.
I believe strongly in humanizing captive bred cheetahs and why you see me and others in close proximity with the cubs and Abi. I encouraged Running Wild Conservation and those caring for the cubs legally mine to humanize them so they receive better physical and mental care. Captive tamed cheetahs get better care than captive wild ones and why. It has been proven, captive tamed cheetahs can be rewilded just as well as captive wild ones.
