His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated the fair at Expo Centre Sharjah, alongside Deputy Ruler Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi and Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi.
For the next two weeks, the fair brings together publishers, authors, poets and readers from around the world, with Oman as Guest of Honour, represented by 41 writers and poets.
One experience to explore? Poets’ Corner, where visitors can share their stories and have them transformed into poems in Arabic or English.
From discovering new books to exploring stories from different cultures, Sharjah once again brings the literary world together.
