Wire Pass near the Utah–Arizona border was one of the most intense places we visited during our Southwest road trip.
Beautiful sandstone walls, incredibly narrow passages, and the constant reminder that flash floods here can become deadly very quickly.
It was stunning… but much tighter and more intimidating than we expected.
