Description
Did you know how big a difference shutter speed has on the look of your waterfall images? It’s the most important camera setting for the creative look of any image with moving water. In this video, we test the difference between 1/1000s and 1s shutter speeds for a waterfall in Central Oregon.
While there isn’t one “best” shutter speed, it’s important to understand the difference between fast and slow shutter speeds and how they affect the image. Many waterfalls look better when you freeze the motion, while others might look better when you slow it down. Watch this video to find out the difference between both shutter speeds and how it dramatically changes the look of your images.
