Today’s daily soup combo 🍲
Base: smoked turkey broth, collard greens, bean sprouts, pepper flakes.
Added: eggplant and coconut lentil soup (lentils, coconut milk, carrots).
Seasoned to taste.
The eggplant is slightly crunchy and I’m loving the texture. It’s officially staying in rotation.
