War Of The Realms issue #1 picks up where Thor and Avengers has left off. Malekith has been raiding the realms for months but after the destruction of the rainbow bridge my the Mangog, no Asgardian can aid them. Instead, they have taken up refuge on Midgard. Thor has been searching for artifacts that could help them in the upcoming battles, while desperately searching for a way to breach the boundary that keeps him from battle. Jane Foster, once the Mighty Thor, is cancer free, but just in time for chaos to come calling. What can the Avengers do against frost giants, trolls and fire goblins? Will Thor survive being stranded? Are Odin and Loki really dead? War Of The Realms #1 gives us a lot of questions that will hopefully be answered over the next few months.
