Our little beach town welcomed thousands of visitors each year, filling the shoreline with energy from morning to midnight. Miles of fireworks lit up the coast, live music carried across the sand, mobile karaoke rolled through the crowds, and big gatherings popped up everywhere you looked.
It wasn’t all perfect. Someone was injured by fireworks, two little ones went missing near the water but were safely found, and a high‑speed police chase cut through the crowd. A reminder that big holidays come with big variables.
But even with the few things that went wrong, the day still held so many good moments. We had fun, we made memories, and we’ll definitely be out there again next year.
