This saves years of your life being lost in a never ending loop of self help effort. And by the way, I LOVE self help, but what I do NOT love for myself, my sweet clients, or anyone in this community, is spinning your wheels doing self help in a way that doesn't work, where patterns remain, and you end up exhausted and frustrated.
Here are the 2 main reasons that people get stuck in a loop, despite genuine effort, self awareness and commitment to change:
Reason 1: You're addressing the symptoms, not the root cause. So you get temporary relief but never lasting change. The root cause remains unseen, in place, and consistently continues generating the same issues.
Reason 2: You do know the root cause, and you're addressing it by focusing on only 1-2 layers of where the pattern lives in your system. Usually, for most people, that at least involves the mind. But you're a 5-layered being: Psychological. Emotional. Energetic. Behavioral. Multi-Dimensional. Work some, and the others quietly pull you right back.
Roots, not symptoms. All layers, not some. That's the shift that creates breakthroughs.
And best of all, when you know how to find your roots and resolve them in a whole system 5 layered way, you have that capability for the rest of your life. To know how to evolve and support yourself out of any situation, pattern, issue and into any goal, dream, aspiration.
