1. Source, The Universe, Divine, Creator, God - isn't "out there". It's in you.
It made you, is you, beats your heart, breathes you.
2. You signed up for this life as a courageous soul. You're here to wake up inside the dream of this reality, remember who you really are and live according to the power you possess.
3. Challenges aren't wrong. They are the making of you. You can become victim to your past or you can ask what life is asking you to take from it all and then use that divine wisdom to rise up.
4. You are never alone. Ever. Source is with you. Always. You may not see it, but your heart knows. At birth you experienced The Separation: you take human form and forget what loves you, made you and is always with you. The key is remembering there's more than meets the eye. The eye says I'm separate. The heart says all is one, and I am that One.
5. There's only two choices in life in any situation.
Love or fear. Be mindful of what drives you. Choose wisely.
6. Your identity formed around your upbringing and conditioning, deciding who you think you are and what you're worth. You can't outrun or outperform your subconscious identity, but you can rewire it. Back to the truth: I am a divine soulful Being. I am a powerful creator.
7. Grievance eats away at your sweet center like acid. Anger, resentment, pain, blame, victimhood. Held toward another, Life, or yourself, it eats at your mind, heart, nervous system and soul. Let it go & your whole system realigns. That's a spiritual homecoming
8. No amount of personal development or spirituality info makes you a better person with a better life unless you EMBODY it. Rubber meets the road living it.
9. The heart is your power center, the mind a support system. Feeling into who you are & what matters serves you better than overthinking.
10. The most spiritual thing you can do is ground yourself in daily actions that are based in presence & peace. Because no amount of spiritual rituals or symbolism can replace you showing up fully centered in the boring mundane hot messy moments of life as a powerful grounded person.
