GRILLED PEPPERED TILAPIA🇬🇭🇬🇭
tilapia preparation:
3 large fresh tilapia
1 lemon
1 1/2 onion
2 finger ginger
1 scotch bonnet
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp salt tt
1/2 tbsp all-purpose seasoning tt
2 tsp prawn/crayfish seasoning tt
2 tsp smoked paprika tt
bake in the oven at 180c until done
