INGREDIENTS
300ml fresh cream (cold from the fridge)
80g condensed milk
20g honey
1/2 vanilla bean
METHOD
1. Pour the well-chilled fresh cream into a large bowl and start whipping with an electric mixer until it reaches a firm and stable consistency.
2. Once the cream is whipped, add the cold condensed milk and honey. Gently fold the ingredients in using a spatula, moving from bottom to top to keep the cream light and prevent deflating.
3. Add your preferred flavoring and continue folding gently until the cream is smooth, homogeneous, and velvety.
4. The “Paradise Cream” is now ready to be used to fill cakes, tarts, cream puffs, sweet rolls, or served as a spoon dessert.
