One Workout Won’t Win a Race || 3×5K Benchmark

Description

Three by 5K at moderate intensity.

Not a max effort. Not a hero session. Just something I should be able to repeat next week.

One workout won’t win a race. Thirty or forty strung together in close proximity might.

This run benchmark is about consistency — not chasing numbers. After seven months of injury, belief doesn’t come from hype. It comes from training. From stacking weeks. From proving to yourself that the intensity is repeatable.

Only you know if the effort is honest.
Only you know if it’s sustainable.

If I want to compete for a world title again, it won’t come from one big day. It’ll come from months of excellent execution — sleep, recovery, nutrition, stress management — all of it.

That’s the focus right now.
