A quick honesty note from me: because there's no waistbelt, all the weight sits on your shoulders and upper body. That makes the onbuhimo brilliant for quick up-and-down carries with a toddler who wants to walk part of the way and then be carried, but it can feel like a lot over longer distances with a heavier toddler. Know what it's good for and it won't let you down.
