Description
Day 5 of our 7‑day Alaska cruise aboard the Norwegian Bliss takes us to Icy Strait Point — one of the most unique and scenic ports in Southeast Alaska. We ride the Sky Transporter down to the boardwalk, explore the shops, wander through the historic cannery museum, and take in the quiet beauty of the shoreline.
Instead of heading back by transporter, we walk the forest trail back to the ship for a slow, peaceful return to the Bliss. Once onboard, we clean up, settle into the Observation Lounge for drinks, and then make our way to Cagney’s Steakhouse for dinner… where the celebrations keep coming.
This cruise has been full of surprises — and Day 5 delivers another one.
