✨INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
💛For the base:
200g whole wheat biscuits
50ml skimmed milk
💛For the cream:
500g fat-free Greek yogurt (0% fat)
4 tsp stevia
1/2 vanilla bean (or a few drops of vanilla extract)
💛For the berry compote:
400 g mixed berries
6 tsp stevia (about 30 g)

✨METHOD
1. Blend the whole wheat biscuits until finely crushed.
2. Add the skimmed milk and mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
3. Divide the mixture among 4 serving glasses and press down firmly to form the base.
4. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, stevia, and vanilla.
5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
6. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the biscuit bases.
7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
8. Place the mixed berries and stevia in a small saucepan.
9. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Let the compote cool completely.
11. Top the cheesecakes with the berry compote.
12. Decorate as desired and serve.
