Truly a hidden gem in the middle of Rome! Most tourists don’t know about this secret bathroom hidden in the middle of Rome. It was once closed to the public but you can now get a €6 ticket to access it. This 19th-century, Pompeian-style, bathroom has a shell-shaped marble bathtub and was commissioned in 1840 by Prince Filippo Andrea Doria Pamphilj for his wife Mary Talbot and it’s hidden in the “secret” apartment inside the Palazzo Doria Pamphilj.
