Description
Have you ever said...
"I can't draw."
If so, this video is for you.
The truth is, this isn't about drawing.
It's about giving yourself permission to create.
Today is Day 2 of my 10 Minutes for 10 Days Challenge, and I invited everyone to stop worrying about talent, perfection, and performance. Instead, I set a timer for just 10 minutes, pulled a fashion illustration for inspiration, and started sketching.
No drawing classes.
No special training.
No pressure.
In fact, I finished in just over seven minutes.
This simple exercise has become one of my favorite activities at my creative retreats because it helps people loosen up, quiet their inner critic, and stop overthinking every line.
When we stop judging ourselves, creativity has room to breathe.
That's the real challenge.
Not becoming a better artist.
Becoming someone who creates anyway.
✨ Join me.
For the next 10 days, spend just 10 minutes making something.
Draw.
Paint.
Journal.
Collage.
Knit.
Arrange flowers.
Write one paragraph.
Don't worry about the outcome.
Just honor the process.
I'd love to hear what you create today. Leave a comment below and tell me what your 10 minutes looked like.
