Lauren Ostrowski Fenton is a counsellor, meditation and yoga teacher with a Master’s in Counselling, currently completing a Master of Disability Practice and Leadership to become a Developmental Educator. She integrates disability leadership, mental health, and trauma‑informed, somatic approaches to support people with disability to live with dignity, joy, and meaningful participation.
