✍ Walking through China Town in Bangkok, Thailand at night felt like stepping into another world. The streets were alive with neon lights, the sound of sizzling woks, and the endless aroma of food cooking on every corner. Among the famous noodles, dumplings, and sweets, we found something very different – the kind of food that makes you stop and think twice before taking a bite.
This time, we decided to be brave and try some of the most unusual street food Thailand has to offer fried cockroaches, crunchy worms, and even Bullseye (fertilized egg). At first, it was a little scary holding them in our hands, but the atmosphere, the energy of the crowd, and the encouragement from the street vendors gave us the courage to go for it.
The first bite was a mix of shock and surprise the worms were crispy and salty, the cockroach had a strong crunch, and the Bullseye was unlike anything we’ve ever tasted before. It wasn’t just about eating; it was about experiencing a piece of Thai culture that many travelers never forget.
