✍ We headed to the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka to explore the historic town of Kantale. Our mission? To spend a night in the middle of the massive Kantale Tank (built by King Aggabodhi II in the 7th century) on a unique rock island known as "Aliya Gala."
From surviving the night on a rock to exploring a massive industrial "ghost town," this was an unforgettable journey through history and nature.
