About Erica: I’m a professional dancer, contortionist, and aerialist. Flexibility is my strong suit and i make a lot of videos and content about it! Tutorials, workouts, tips, demos, and the like. I love to teach...I'm an RYT 200 yoga instructor, ACE (American Council of Exercise) Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I also am a choreographer and dance teacher and educator! Outside of dance, performing, contortion, aerial, circus arts, rhythmic gymnastics... I love fashion and design, especially costumes, activewear, and dancewear! I actually make and sew a lot of my dance costumes and gym clothes.
