Synopsis:
Are dogs really man's best friend, or have they been secretly influencing humanity all along?
In the picturesque Australian town of Warburton, a documentary filmmaker known as Diesel embarks on a personal journey inspired by his beloved 14-year-old dog, Dozer. What begins as a heartfelt exploration of canine companionship soon takes an unexpected turn.
Through conversations with local dog owners, the film explores the emotional connections between humans and dogs, the remarkable ways animals influence our lives, and the possibility that domestication has always been a two-way relationship.
But when a mysterious informant introduces an alleged secret communication network involving dogs and the CIA, the investigation becomes increasingly outrageous. Could dogs be exchanging coded messages through their scent markings? Is a tiny Maltese named Pipsqueak secretly leading a worldwide canine organization? And what could all of this have to do with mysterious UFO sightings?
Blending genuine personal stories, absurd conspiracy theories, comedy and science-fiction storytelling, this unconventional documentary challenges our assumptions about animal intelligence, human superiority and our relationship with the natural world.
Behind its outrageous mystery lies a touching question: have we underestimated the animals who have shared our lives for thousands of years?
