Steve Rogers is on life support. The UN has ordered every hero to stand down — and voted to take on the Red Hulk with human armies alone. And at the Pentagon, a man in a trench coat just walked through a hail of bullets, threw Captain Marvel into a crater, and caught Captain America's shield out of midair.
