Description
In this video, we connect the all-new Acer Predator Atlas 8 handheld gaming PC to an external monitor in docked mode to see if it can handle true 1440p gaming and ray tracing. Out of the box, Acer's PredatorSense software caps sustained manual power (PL1) at 40W. Using ThrottleStop, we push the Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor and its Arc B390 iGPU up to a sustained 48W TDP (65W PL2) to unlock higher clock speeds and test synthetic benchmarks alongside heavy AAA games like Cyberpunk 2077, Forza Horizon 6, Crimson Desert, GTA V Enhanced, and Hogwarts Legacy.
