RECIPE 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻5 ingredient Cookie Dough for cookies on demand in 2024 🫶🏻💜🌸

240g plain flour
100g caster sugar
Pinch sea salt (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g Dairygold Plant Based B’tter
Combine well.
Stir in 100g chopped chocolate of choice/ or nuts (or both!)
Roll into parchment paper, like a log, pack tightly just like above.
You can use the dough straight away (instruction below) or place into the fridge and have it waiting for you for up to 3-5 days. Tip: It’s best kept in an airtight container.
When you want a cookie: Roll into a ball, press into a cookie and bake on a lined tray for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180• C
fan until golden on the edges .Let cool for at-least 15 min, it will taste nicer I swear, it’s where the magic happens! #shorts #veganbaking #cookies
