I found another one! In this video, we're diving into a 1970 VW Beetle yard find rescue that came from California. It’s a semi-automatic with some interesting "smogenation" going on under the hood. While it was originally red, someone gave it an orange paint job somewhere along the line.
We’re checking out the "treasures" left behind in the trunk and glove box (including a vintage Zig-Zag!), wrestling with some stuck brake drums in 97-degree heat, and evaluating if this car is a keeper or a parts donor for the $500 1967 Beetle project.
