YMCA Gymnastics Nationals 2024: A Message to Graduating Seniors
In June, I had the honor of addressing the graduating seniors competing at the YMCA Gymnastics Nationals in Pennsylvania. Drawing from my own experience being in their very seats just 5 years ago, I shared insights on approaching their final meet, moving forward with the lessons learned from gymnastics, and dreaming big for their futures.
This event reminded me just how much I gained from my gymnastics years, and I felt the love for the sport (and all that comes with it) so much.
Thank you to the YMCA and my former coaches for this opportunity. I'm so happy to hear that my words resonated with many gymnasts and parents!!
