Come along for a few weeks of thrift shopping, vintage home decor finds, and estate sale treasures! In today's thrift haul, I'm sharing some of my favorite secondhand finds, creative ways to repurpose vintage pieces, and ideas for incorporating antiques into everyday home decor.
From a wicker basket that I'm using to organize my coffee station to an antique marmalade jar repurposed as a pen holder, I love finding unexpected ways to make vintage pieces both beautiful and functional. I'm also sharing a silver-plated pedestal dish, a vintage wooden index card holder that I turned into a recipe card holder, a brass planter, and a few vintage clothing finds, including a Marshall Field's wool jacket and a wool sweater.
One of my favorite things about thrifting and estate sale shopping is discovering pieces that can serve a completely different purpose than originally intended. Vintage baskets are great for organizing everyday essentials, antique jars make beautiful desk accessories, and old wooden storage pieces can bring warmth and character to modern spaces.
