Description
BREAKING NEWS! President Donald Trump just pardoned two diesel mechanics from Arm Rippin Toys in Alaska who were convicted of federal Clean Air Act violations involving diesel emissions deletes!
On October 13, 2026, Trump signed presidential pardons for Zachary Czubak and Patrick Fleming LIVE onstage during a rally in Wasilla, Alaska. Their former business partner, Michael Hanzuk II, had already received a pardon.
But there's another part of this story that deserves attention!
In 2022, the owners pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act after federal prosecutors accused their business of removing emissions equipment and modifying monitoring systems on at least 37 diesel vehicles.
Then, in 2024, the Department of Justice announced a separate civil judgment exceeding $350,000 against Michael Hanzuk II involving a COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL).
The government alleged that Hanzuk falsely certified his business wasn't engaged in illegal activity when applying for COVID relief.
So here's the BIG QUESTION!
Does Trump's presidential pardon also wipe out the federal civil judgment involving COVID relief funds?
In this video, we're breaking down:
🔧 Why Arm Rippin Toys was prosecuted for diesel deletes
🇺🇸 What happened during Trump's October 13 presidential pardons
⚖️ The separate $350,000+ COVID-relief civil judgment
💰 Whether presidential pardons can eliminate federal civil penalties
🚛 What these pardons could mean for diesel owners, mechanics, and future emissions enforcement
IMPORTANT: Presidential pardons generally do not automatically erase separate civil judgments. These pardons also do not make diesel emissions deletes legal nationwide.
I want to hear from you! Should mechanics face federal criminal charges for modifying diesel emissions systems? And do you think these pardons signal a change in how the government handles diesel deletes?
