In this video, Knowledge Holder Errol Clarke, a Biripi man from Taree NSW Australia, shares his Knowledge of the lemon myrtle plant and how it is traditionally used to make tea. Within this video, Errol discussed the scientific 'states of matter' for a student audience, and uses traditional tea steeping as a demonstration of this.
