Description
Arianna Powell is a Los Angeles–based live and session guitarist, songwriter and educator. She plays guitar for Olivia Rodrigo and has worked with Halsey, Dua Lipa, the Black Eyed Peas and many others. Arianna’s style ranges from folk and Americana through jazz and R&B to rock and indie. Her approach is creative and modern: she blends melody, chords and rhythm into fresh textures and memorable parts. Her Tonalic content features electric and acoustic guitars, including rubber-bridge acoustics and baritone models: tasteful, song-serving parts that sit right in a modern production.
In this video, Arianna explores her 1960s Japanese Excetro Concord 6, an offbeat guitar with a narrow neck, closely spaced strings, and a plunky, characterful tone. She discusses its Bigsby-style vibrato, its worn-in feel, and how its quirks have inspired her to experiment with new sounds while writing and recording.

Tonalic feels like having a musician by your side.
No AI, no loops, no MIDI. Just a musician playing along to every chord, every tempo, every groove. Effortlessly.
The result? Authentic guitar, bass, and drum tracks in your song – with the sound, the emotion and all the performance magic that happens between the notes.
From Celemony, the creators of Melodyne. Played by world-class studio musicians. Driven by your song.
Tonalic – a musician by your side
