Description
For every song idea, Ryan Harlin looks for the perfect pairing: two of Arianna Powell's Tonalics that set the mood, with everything else built on top. In one, a baritone Danelectro meets a steady part up high over a hip hop break. In another, Ryan pushes her Orangewood rubber-bridge guitar until it pulses like a synth pad.

About Arianna's sets:
Arianna Powell plays guitar in Olivia Rodrigo's band and played acoustic guitar on Chappell Roan's "Coffee". She is a jazz-trained guitarist based in Los Angeles, and her parts are melodic and full of small details. Her sets bring the muted tone of her Orangewood rubber-bridge guitar, a baritone Danelectro for chord melodies down low, finger-picking that sounds like the songwriter played it, and amp tones from a Fender Deluxe that sit well next to her raw acoustic parts. Made for singer-songwriter, pop, and indie productions, and for hip hop and electronic producers who want a guitar with character.
