Description
What is God's ultimate plan for humanity—and what role do Christians play in fulfilling it?
Join Al Fadi for the powerful conclusion of The Will of God for Humanity, a four-part series exploring God's original purpose for mankind and how that purpose unfolds throughout Scripture.
Throughout this series, we've traveled from the creation of humanity in Genesis to the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve's fall, and the Tower of Babel.
We've seen how God commanded humanity to be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and how sin and rebellion disrupted His original design.
But God's plan didn't end with humanity's disobedience.
In this final episode, we turn to Genesis 12:1–3, where God calls Abraham and establishes a covenant that will have implications for the entire world.
God promises to bless Abraham, make him into a great nation, and ultimately bring blessing to all the families of the earth through him.
Why is this promise so significant?
Because God's purpose was never limited to Abraham alone. His plan was always for His blessings and the knowledge of Him to extend to every nation.
Al Fadi then connects this promise to Acts 1:8, where Jesus tells His disciples that they will receive power through the Holy Spirit and become His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
The mission is clear: God's people are called to make Him known throughout the world.
We also examine Isaiah 2:1–2, which describes a future in which the nations come to the mountain of the Lord.
Together, these passages reveal a consistent biblical theme—from Genesis to the ministry of Jesus Christ—of God's desire for people from every nation to know Him.
In this episode, we explore:
- God's covenant with Abraham in Genesis 12:1–3
- Why God promised to bless all nations through Abraham
- The significance of the land God promised to Abraham
- How God's covenant connects to the Great Commission
- Jesus' command in Acts 1:8 to reach the ends of the earth
- Isaiah's prophecy concerning the nations
- Why sharing the Gospel is central to the Christian calling
- How God's original purpose for humanity continues through His people today
From the Garden of Eden to the Tower of Babel, from Abraham to the Great Commission, the message of this series has remained consistent.
God desires for His glory, His truth, and the knowledge of His love to fill the earth.
As Christians, we have been entrusted with the responsibility of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that others may experience His love, forgiveness, and salvation.
The question is no longer simply, "What is God's will for humanity?"
The question is: Are we willing to participate in it?
Thank you for joining us throughout The Will of God for Humanity with Al Fadi. We pray this series encourages you to grow in your understanding of Scripture and boldly share the good news of Jesus Christ with others.
